Dark ruby in color, almost inky, with a short reddish rim.
Fruity nose of plums, cooked cherries, oak, light vanilla, chocolates, coffee, black pepper, pencil lead and herbs.
Full bodied and very smooth, with medium acidity and long legs.
Dry on the palate and fruit forward with blackberries, black plums, cooked cherries, oak, licorice, vanilla, herbs, light earth, cola, chocolates, tobacco, spices, coffee and peppercorn.
Long finish with round tannins and tangy raspberries.
This is a delicious Tempranillo from Paso Robles. Still young, but already enjoyable, even by itself.
Shows great structure with nice complexity and mouthfeel.
Spicy and rich. Opulent and tasty. Feels like a Napa Merlot.
Good right out of the bottle, but so much better after 90 minutes of airtime.
Easy drinking and good by itself. Will continue to age nicely in the next 5 years.
I paired it with a nice piece of Ribeye steak.
Aged for 17 months in (40% new) oak barrels. A tiny production of only 720 bottles.

Deep purple in color with a short purplish rim.
Full bodied with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate with nice complexity and mouthfeel.
Showing black currants, cooked cherries, plums, dried figs, tobacco, oak, spices, light vanilla, peppercorn and bitter herbs.
Nice length on the finish with round tannins and tangy raspberries.
This is a tasty Petite Sirah from Paso Robles. Showing nice complexity, rich and concentrated.
This Single Vineyard is a nice sipping wine, big and bold. Good right out of the bottle and good by itself. Fruit forward, extracted and jammy.
Still young and would be better in a few years. Would be nice to revisit it in 5 years, and see if it calms down a bit.
In your face kind of wine, so not for the faint of hearts, with a teeth staining color.
Petite Sirah grapes were aged in (50% new) oak barrels for 17 months. A tiny production of only 660 bottles.

Full bodied and smooth with medium acidity and long legs.
Dry and fruity on the palate with stewed blueberries, cherries, oak, licorice, spices, chocolates, tobacco, bitter herbs and peppercorn.
Nice length on the finish with round tannins.
This young Grenache is drinking very nicely already. Spicy and rich.
Nicely balanced with mild complexity. Showing a smooth mouthfeel.
Good right out of the bottle, and better with airtime. Will continue to age nicely in the next 5 to 7 years.

Full bodied and soft, with medium acidity.
Dry and fruity on the palate with blueberries, currants, cooked cherries, light oak, spices, light alcohol, peppercorn, chocolates and light tobacco leaf.
Nice length on the finish with fine grained tannins and tangy raspberries.
This is a very tasty Mourvedre blend from Paso Robles. Easy drinking and good by itself. Feels like a Spanish Monastrell with a new world twist.
Better after 90 minutes of airtime, but good right out of the bottle as well.
Still young and will continue to age nicely in the next 5 years.
Already showing nice complexity with a nice mouthfeel. Tangy and rich. Fruit forward and smooth.
Good by itself or with food. Would pair nicely with burger and fries.
