Vintage 2022 | if there was an Oscar for drinkability, this Burgundy would be a winner. Treacherous simple it seems but it is a good effort of the vintners. Beautiful Pinot expression in smell. Glou glou in taste, no frayed edges. No tannins whatsoever. Paired with grilled tunafish, red with fish pairs excellent. Brick in color extending to a watery edge. Olive sweet brine, leather, tobacco and cola on the nose. Medium body, round tannins, well balanced. Light and nice. Serve chilled with funky cheeses, olives, and spiced nuts. Would be a sexy side to a thanksgiving meal. — 8 months ago
