5〜7日間程度のマセラシオンに栗の大樽熟成ということで、しっかりオレンジなのか、重めなのか予想しにくいテクニカルだが、タンニンも軽やかで、樽香などもあまり感じずに、かなり軽やかなオレンジで、ザクザク系の白としても使える感じ。
