カリカンテ、グリッロ、インソリアなどシチリアの地葡萄を色々アッサンブラージュ。
5〜7日間程度のマセラシオンに栗の大樽熟成ということで、しっかりオレンジなのか、重めなのか予想しにくいテクニカルだが、タンニンも軽やかで、樽香などもあまり感じずに、かなり軽やかなオレンジで、ザクザク系の白としても使える感じ。

A very dark rosé that could almost be a mix of a light red & white. A clean nose of red fruit with a light body tasting of sweet strawberry and some peach. Mild acidity and not dry. Really nice and works for much more than a typical rosé. — 8 months ago
