P: Bright,velvety, nice acidity, cherry candy,topsoil*, drying tannins,You can sense the elevation,as if the vines were striving,slight residual bitterness. Strawberries, honey.

2022. Second of the four different Olek Bondonio wines I picked up several months ago. I could pair this wine with so many different dishes (or gladly drink by itself). Lighter color and body do not equate to lower flavor. Cherry, floral, peppery with acidity and tannin levels that are well balanced. Went great with nicely charred Frank Pepe pizzas on a Saturday afternoon! — a month ago
