Consistent nutty notes. Some metallic orchardy thing, too. Satisfying. — a month ago
Chocolatey, meaty, soft tannins. The pizza of wines - nothing bad about that. — a month ago
burnt hair, dried black berry, jerky, wee bit hot but very good. — 14 days ago
Solid new world red with just the right amount of Argentinian pepper spice & presence to establish a solid mature red fruit forward glass. Crisp finish and well balanced! — 21 days ago

I used an Ah-So which ended up being merely a precaution since the top of the cork looked a bit dry. Turns out it was fine. Acidity was stunning at 15 years, some dried fruit on top of cherry compote with ethereal traces of tannins at the end. Delicious SRH Pinot Noir. Miles Raymond would definitely approve! 😉 — 2 months ago
Deep purple-ruby color.
Aromas of black berey fruit.
Dry. Flavors of blackberry, peppercorn, tar, black plum, espresso. Medium-rich, smooth tannins. Dark flavours.

This was a fabulous wine–especially for the money! Luscious clean mouthfeel with refreshing acidity and a lovely butterscotch note. We had it with roast salmon (anchovy butter) and man, that’s good eating. Yum. — 8 days ago
