Dark ruby color. Deep aromas of dried cherries, prunes, orange zest, tobacco and leather. The bold palate features dried dark cherries, ripe plum, black currant, coffee, mint, baking spices and vanilla. Long and velvety finish. This vintage is more acidic than others I’ve had. Pairs well with rare tuna and miso glazed carrots — cuts the umami with acid and a hint of fruit. White peach and lychee play with clean mineral notes. — 2 months ago
