This vintage is more acidic than others I’ve had. Pairs well with rare tuna and miso glazed carrots — cuts the umami with acid and a hint of fruit. White peach and lychee play with clean mineral notes. — 10 months ago

A dry sparkling that tastes of honey. Had the 2017 vintage. Drank on the couch while it stormed outside upstate with Majken & Hattie. — 5 years ago
Another beauty. 45% Touriga Franca, 35% Touriga Nacional, the rest is Tinto Roriz and Tinto Cao. Powerful rich and delicious, but it seemed a bit lighter than the Unico and a lot lighter than the Pingus. Decanted 5 hours before serving. Some of the big guns from the Iberian Peninsula! — 8 months ago

Beautiful balance of bright cherry, forest floor, hints of thyme/herbs, and brambly red fruit. Drinking well 11 years in. — 18 days ago
