I have to say, I’m gobsmacked, fallen in to this and can’t get up. So much going on here! Black cherry/ cran/ raspberry, tobacco, (mint? Wtf). Opens tight as a dovetail joint; decant and ignore 2 hours plus. Then: so mouthwatering, pure, light, agile, warm and gloriously complex, glittering like a prism. I shall not squander my bottles. — 6 years ago
Rich, nutty, vanilla, brown butter, mildly oxidative, baked spiced orchard fruit--this is definitely not your lean mineral driven non-malo style--yet all that ripeness and flavor is offset by a palpable acidic core with smokey flinty finish. Like Chablis and Meursault together filtered through a Sonoma prism. It's a lot but it works. Very cool that he holds these this long before release — 9 years ago

Always so beautiful. Like Volnay through the prism of Nebbiolo. Dried roses, cherry, dead leaves, spice, chestnut and wild mint. Gorgeous. Palate is so supple and juicy. Clean and pure. Big but ripe tannins and gorgeous cherry fruit. Long, resonant finish. Very elegant. Just a wonderful wine. Really nimble and precise. Such sweet fruit. — a year ago
Probably the best #California #Riesling I’ve ever had. — 5 years ago

This is Haneya Prism, Ginjo, not Kirabi.
Brewed April of 2019.
Flagrance is not as strong, but smells like fruity mix of pear and melon. Smooth and fresh, very light body as it goes into mouth. A hint of bitterness comes well after passing throat. — 7 years ago
Oh snap! This white made from 100% Raffiat de Moncade is a siren with salty-nutty-cheesy nuances spiked with lemon-oil and sunflower-melon swagger. Golden. Leonine. Like sunlight and love shot through a prism. #believeit — 13 years ago
beautiful off-dry Riesling bursting with tropical fruit. — 4 years ago
Intriguing nose with floral, mineral and savory fruit; poached fresh berries. Also showing up is a subtle meaty Syrah-like note. The first sip reveals tremendous inner mouth florals; and a prism of bright red, purple and blue fruit appear on the palate. Caressing texture and sensuous tannins. Just ripe with a measured perception of sweetness. On the whole so lifted and elegant. The intentionality is amazing; Godard is coaxing expressions of gamay that are beautiful and different than any I’ve tried before, and at a very reasonable price. Very much worth seeking out. — 6 years ago
Dry but tasty red, with notes of blackberries, violets, sage, and plum. Drank with chicken tetrazzini the night before a snowstorm. — 8 years ago
Peter Sultan
The higher end bottling for this maker, & I suspect deserves more aging and/or more decanting. As it is, feels like an exquisite, delicate expression of Chenin Blanc, almost ethereal in body & flavor- like tasting all the typical white flower & fennel notes through a soft lens prism. Cool stuff, & very reasonably priced (under 26$). — 4 months ago
