Really great tannic res from Armenia - but still balanced. Big though - like I like it.. really great red — 3 years ago
Held amazingly for its age. Still has a lot of res fruit character. Was great for a short sip fell apart fast. Well past it’s past prime. Delicate and oxidized. Just what the pharmacist ordered. — 4 years ago
2014 prachtig geouderd met frambois, blauwe bes, bosgrond, champignons, tabak, drop, zoethout, witte paper, thijm en eiken. Mooie medium plus body. — a month ago
Ripe pear, spice, flowers and mint are nicely amplified. Initially it displays notes of wet stone, pretty flowers, and delicate fresh raspberry fruits. The palate has more tension and nerve that suggests this will take more time to open, but I love its racier feel. It is linear, though not without its fruit wrapped around its backbone of minerality and acidity. — 10 months ago
Total wine res wine very goos with steak — 3 years ago
Enjoyed a single glass at Ambassade de Bourgogne. The 1985 “Les Feusselottes” pours a pale garnet color with a translucent core; medium viscosity with no staining of the tears and some sediment. On the nose, the wine is vinous with notes of desiccated strawberry, dried res flowers, mushrooms, sous bois, licorice, dried herbs and gentle warm spices. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium tannin (resolved) and medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium+. A fully mature Les Feusselottes that is showing its age, but showing well. Drink now. — a month ago
