After introducing itself by punching you in the nose, it follows up with a Liverpool kiss. This wine is huge, and needed 48 hours to properly mellow. It packs a punch with alc/vol exceeding 9%, and was almost undrinkable on night one. By night 3 the sheer violence it threatened had softened from a ferocious roar, to the low level grumble of a big V8 engine.
