1976 vintage. Suspect and completely saturated aging cork. Decanted for giggles. Color definitely yellow but not golden. No sed but rationalized the juice needing space to spread wings. Medium body. Surprisingly, still viable acidity. Big, initial hazelnut component got next chapter religion and morphed into macadamia nut after 45 mins. Some marzipan on the ripe finish. 10.14.23. — a year ago
Not acidic taste, but strong, one of french secrets. Great with soft cheese and by itself. Much better comparing to Chardonnay (at least American) — 7 months ago
