Lemon yellow. Oak, flint, chalk. Salt. Lemon. Citrus. High viscosity. Acidic. Floral. Ginger. Coriander seeds. Bitter from herb. Complexity. Terredora di Paolo Fiano di Avellino DOCG 18 @2280, F, 240928-241019 — 2 months ago
Just a glass, but it was stunning. On the nose, notes of red fruits, peaches, flowers, chalk, herbs, spices, and light smokiness. Super saline and energetic on the palate, with a nice citric drive. Just so tasty. Wish there was more, but I was late to the party and that was all that was left for me. I guess I should be grateful. If anything, it firmly confirms my love for this cuvée - definitely one of my favourite rosés in Champagne. — 3 months ago
Delicate. Tanins have softened. Nose of light plum and leather. Medium to full body. Complexity with layers of tastes. — 3 days ago

This is terrific. Nice blend of two off two lesser known grapes - 60% falanghina and 40% biancolella. Im obsessed with the pineapple aromas, lemon zest, and strong scents reminding me of sandcastles and seashores. It’s fresh, zippy, and crisp. — 8 months ago
