Light golden color. Aromas of white flowers, fresh herbs, wet stones and a faint amount of citrus fruit. Green melon, lychee, and those fresh herbs fill the palate. Minerals pleasantly dominate the finish. Creamy texture and lively acidity. So fresh! Outstanding QPR! Reminded me more of a high elevation crisp white from France or Italy. Wonderful surprise! TASTE: actually pretty good. Blackberry, cherry, wood ash tannin, balancing acidity. Not as good as I’d hoped, but got it on closeout. 89.
