Dark blackish red that slightly clings to the glass. Black fruit and tobacco on the inviting nose. Full bodied palate gives black cherry, black tea, and cigar box. Fine dusty tannins. Medium acidity. Long, luxurious, black velvet finish. Calls out for grilled or roasted meats. Beef will do, but lamb or game would be sublime. Drink now through 2028 or beyond. — 4 years ago

Terrific rose of pinot noir from Maggie Harrison of Antica Terra. This is not your garden-variety rose: serious skin contact time coupled with her incredible wine-making abilities has produced a really substantive wine. Reminds me a bit of Manfred’s SQN roses (not surprising, I guess, since Maggie worked with Manfred for I believe a decade or so before striking out on her own with what I think is the best winery in the Willamette Valley). Do yourself a favor and try to snag some of this. Terrific juice. — 3 years ago

O vinho com inspiração nos aborígenes Selknam da Terra do Fogo, no sul do Chile, continua oferecendo experiências ricas, suaves e elegantes - como deve ser a representação de Deus pelas máscaras de Fogo: nós, espíritos que andam. — 5 years ago

Aroma of green apple, pretty sweet with a lemon-apple-melon taste which was hard to deduce. I do enjoy it and will probably drink it again. — 8 months ago
