Rocking Horse Cape White 2022

Crazy blend. Full bodied. Fruit forward and complex. Lovely. This wine might have sent me down a Roussanne path.. — 17 days ago

Wanderer's Heart Red Blend 2020

Nice. In situ. Best on the menu. A ripe young wine. A little out of balance - like the region. Nice on the patio. B’sorot tovot — 9 months ago

Sculpture Garden Merlot Blend 2018

Simple Merlot Lagrein Blau blend but I’m not sure why it’s so compelling. Delicious. — 2 years ago

Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Drinking the 2018 in 2025. Thin legs. Light and fruit forward bouquet. Berry and deep ripe fruit notes. Light flavors with a slightly dry finish. Smooth on the tongue with a balance of dark fruit and berry flavors. Slightly tannic finish. — 5 days ago

Scuttlehole Long Island Chardonnay 2020

This is ok - a brighter style of chardonnay but rougher/bitter short finish. Acidity fine but not mouthwatering. — 6 months ago

Research Cab Red Blend 2019

Merlot, Cab, CF, 2% Barbera!? Slightly charred blue fruit and cherry lozenge. Balance, beautiful acids, and 12.5%abv just fresh fresh fresh Long Island wine. The Sandlands Trousseau is disappointing compared to this. So much character and balance. — 2 years ago

La Carte et Le Territoire Cabernet Franc Merlot 2014

Admittedly very good and correct right banky but squarely California feels. — 25 days ago

Ramato Pinot Grigio 2021

Color: actually copper like, amber, orange like the setting sun

Aroma: light light apricot, a bit of brown sugar

Tasting Notes: super well balanced, honey, caramel, stone fruit (apricot)

Texture: slight twirl of tannins and acidity but in a nice congruence, a nice balance , bouncy texture, like drinking clouds of sunset — mouthwatering
