This is a lovely, pale pink rosé from an island vineyard clean, crisp acidity and charming red fruit aromas of strawberry, raspberry and cherry with a persistent grapefruit note lingering on the palate. Delicate but long on the palate. Organic; 31% Mourvèdre, 29% Cinsault, 20% Syrah, 15% Grenache, 5% Tibouren — 4 years ago
Beautiful notes of sour oranges, orange blossoms, ruby red grapefruit, and chalk. Outstanding finish. As good of rose as I have had. — 5 years ago
The description: This bright, sunny, light-to-medium-bodied, salmon-coloured beauty is an elegantly crisp, refreshing, well-balanced, and deliciously dry Côtes de Provence Rosé. This Cru Classé is made mainly from the local Provençal grape variety Tibouren, together with some Cinsault, Cabernet Sauvignon, Carignan and Mourvèdre.
The opinion: Very good. Taste gets deeper the more you hold it in your mouth. — 2 years ago
Refreshing unusual rose from Provence — 4 years ago
Full-bodied Rosé tasting of cream, vanilla, and white fruit. An extraordinary and more complex Rosé than I have had generally had.

this is a very nice wine but clearly meant to be a food wine vs a standalone. a lot of black olive character on the palate, very peppery, quite savory, not a fruit forward wine at all. paired with A Knight Of The Seven Kingdoms , Season 1 — 4 months ago
