Very dry… like English humour. But it finishes off with a nice earthy and nutty finish. If you like tannins and puckering your lips this is fantastic. — 2 years ago
On the nose lots of fruits blackberry, blueberry, and raspberry flowers by backing spices, leather, and ground pepper. And the same follows on the pallet. Very dry for me normally not a Grenache fan but this is yummy for sure. — 2 months ago
Last had 4ish years ago. On cork pop was concerned this had not come together. But decanted for an hour and this became quite seamless and delicious. Definitely on the fuller bodied end of the spectrum. Dark red and some black fruit, nice body, excellent acid on the finish married to quite present but integrated tannins. Excellent with a roast chicken with mushrooms cooked in the chicken fat. — 3 months ago

Had the 2019 in June of 2024. Really tasty wine. Dark fruits- black cherry jam with some black berry and red currants. Oak presence adds vanilla with a hint of licorice. Big wine- 14.5 ABV but was really tasty. Enjoyed and would buy again. — 5 days ago
