Probably would have been better if served a bit cooler. Still, a nice emilian Sangiovese. Bit too much oak and a smidge of heat, but the grape still shines through and with a good meaty pasta dish it pairs well. Had at Relais Roncolo in Emilia Romagna. — a day ago
