Muy buen cuerpo — 6 months ago
Popped and poured; enjoyed with dinner at Mycelium. No formal notes due to the setting. This had powerful notes of grapefruit and pineapple in near equal parts with a bit of lemongrass as well. Plenty of acid to work well throughout the meal (which was spectacular). Drink now. — 9 months ago

I think the aggregate Delectable scores are misleading. Drinks more like a fresh Bordeaux blanc with Semillion, rather than the Colombard blend it is: very evocative & passion fruit nose, & on the palate lemon curd, more passion fruit, grapefruit essence, all wrapped into a solid acid spine. Verve & focus for about 10$. Feels true to type. I could imagine giving this to a Chardonnay lover to expand their palate. Medium light body. Really respect Mary Taylor for these selections, & their price point. — 3 months ago
