Nose: some funk. Blows off. White flowers.
Palate: sweet fruit. Mineral. Good. Well made. Not too wooly.

Aged 50% in stainless steel and 50% in old Burgundian barrels. Pale lemon with aromas of citrus, stone fruits and herb notes. On the palate flavors of green apple, pear and lime citrus with notes of pepper and herb spice. Medium+ finish, chalky, vivid acidity and ends with mineral spice. Nice! — 2 months ago
juicy with just the right amount of dirt. dangerously easy to like. wish this lived at my house. — 4 months ago
Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of two days. Best on Day 2. The 2016 pours a straw color with medium viscosity. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of grapefruit, lemon, freshly cut grass, wild flowers, honeysuckle, poblano pepper, and mushrooms. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium+ and has a creamy texture. Drink now with patience, as it really needs time to open, and enjoy through 2036. — 5 months ago

A very casual Sauvignon Blanc from the very upper and eastern side of the Loire River in France. A more flinty and brighter acidity to its neighbor Sancerre (across the river to the west).
Some Quincy notes and taste as well. The citrusy is not over the top. Easy to drink! — 2 months ago
