This wine has almost no coloring. Its nose is more herb-driven than mineral-driven, but there is a touch of wet sidewalk in the aromas. The palate is dry and rather flat, with only a hint of acidity. As with the smells, the flavors lean into the herbal side of the spectrum with enough minerals to make it a decent pair with shellfish. It is a pleasant enough wine, and for $7 I will not complain beyond this paragraph. I will, however, keep it in mind for when I need a dry white wine for cooking. — 5 months ago
Warm, pale gold color. Smells like sea air. Predominantly Sauvignon Blanc (Semillon blended in). Citrusy zing with soft lemon zest finish. — 5 months ago

Straw gold color. Aromas of white flowers, honey, oats and pie dough. Peach, cantaloupe and lemon on the palate with hints of toasted nuts and baking spice. Lovely creamy texture and a long lingering (and slightly funky) finish. Medium-light bodied. Crisp with well balanced acidity. — 3 months ago

Smooth finish with tart cherry and plum notes. This is especially good after a day of breathing. It was really a great accompaniment to an Italian pasta dish. — 6 months ago

A very casual Sauvignon Blanc from the very upper and eastern side of the Loire River in France. A more flinty and brighter acidity to its neighbor Sancerre (across the river to the west).
Some Quincy notes and taste as well. The citrusy is not over the top. Easy to drink! — 13 days ago
