light bodied orange wine with flavors of citrus and some peel for texture — 3 years ago
So so dense. So tight. So coiled. So elegant. So concentrated. Structured. Checking in tomorrow. Nose is so floral, a day later. Very mineral and so expressive. Palate is enormously complex, chewy and dense. My goodness the density of this wine is just insane. It’s barely budged overnight. Fleshier, yes but also there still is more to come. Day 3 awaits. — 5 days ago

Dang, this is a good Chardonnay! White burg is one of my fave styles, and this certainly meets it. Floral, grassy nose. Green apple and preserved lemon peel. Pale, clear color. Crazy, focused mouth-watering acidity and dry, dry minerals. I haven’t had too many pure Swiss Chardonnays, but this is the alpine Graubünden style I like. Thanks @Lyle Fass — 3 months ago
My favorite pairing at Talvo. Fruity, untannic wine with secondary characteristics as well. I like this wine far more than other reviewers, it seems! — 6 months ago

Bright dark garnet/light ruby color. Aromas of red berry/cherry fruit, fresh herbs and delicate spice. Bright red cherry and raspberry fruit on the palate. Additional notes of blueberries, roasted vegetables, milk chocolate, black pepper and baking spices. Medium body and finish. Delicate tannins and soft texture. Nice sipper but could be overwhelmed by heavy foods. — 3 days ago
