Star bright green gold. Yellow apple and honey lead the inviting nose. Bright, tingly acidity -- particularly high for a Mosel -- leads the medium light palate which echoes the nose and adds white peach and honeysuckle. Finish is long and luxe, but it's that phosphorus acidity that really rules. All perceived sweetness is well balanced making this an excellent choice for all fare save for the most fishy white fish (pork tenderloin is a natural, of course). Definately more than Kabinett. Golden colored in the glass, slight botrytis both in the nose and taste. Rich texture on the tongue. Others maybe would sell it as an Auslese Lange Goldkapsel. Total bargain. — 8 years ago

Full on the palate which echoes the palate heightening the hay notes and wrapped around firm, mouth-watering acidity. Lengthy finish continues the palate and ends clean. Classic Mosel Riesling Spätlese with classic richness that will support a wide range of rich and/or spicy foods. Bring it to Thanksgiving dinner for a wine that everyone will enjoy. Рислинг ауслезе трокен 2011 года, цвет блестящий чуть с желтовато-лимонным оттенком, аромат интенсивный, яркий, море тропических фруктов, груша, мед, немного тёплого камня, каменной пыли, и ни грамма петрольных нот, вкус повторяет аромат, с добавлением очень лёгкого хересного тона, который со временем сходит практически на ноль. Кислотность отличная, вкус сбалансированный, послевкусие оч длительное тропически-горьковатое. Кстати вино практически медицинское :) — 8 years ago
