Tenuta Buon Tempo

Brunello Di Montalcino 2016

I dunno. Just tasted the best it has tasted. Paired beautifully with prime NY Strip. Gorgeous and balanced and gobs of finish. Cheers! — 2 years ago

Tablas Creek Vineyard

Esprit de Tablas Mourvedre Blend 2019

Better on day two but probably needs more time in bottle. Cherry compote, baking spices, bitter chocolate, a bit of eucalyptus and pine, tannin and acidity on the finish. More tart cherries and spices at the end. — 2 years ago

Domaine Maratray-Dubreuil

Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru Chardonnay 2019

apricot peach sauce with grilled orange on the nose along with a musk of verbena and gardenia - in addition to these notes as flavors I found apple pie crust and a honey component leaning rich yet with a vibrant lift of lemon and lime acidity in the mid palate — 2 years ago

Château Brane-Cantenac

Grand Cru Classé en 1855 Margaux Red Bordeaux Blend 2009

First sip after opening was incredibly watery and light.

Took about 3 hours to open up and show. And then it was exactly as expected with great depth and fruit. Solid backbone and balance.

Château Moulin Saint-Georges

Saint Émilion Red Bordeaux Blend 2010

Wow what an amazing buy. Complex nose, classic but complex. Right bank stunner. Cedar, truffle, cassis, olive tapenade , slate, salt, with even an iron complement. Quite structured with amazing tannins still rounding out the fruit. Dark berries, blueberries , ripe blackberries, great tannins to give this wine the structure it needs to keep on aging. Great now, would love to try again in another 5 years. 14.5% — 2 years ago

Ameztoi

Rubentis Getariako Txakolina Hondarrabi Beltza Hondarrabi Zuri Rosé Blend 2021

Lots of herbaceous aromas... bell pepper and jalapeños. Ripe strawberries and peppers on the palate with the same light body with added effervescence, tart acidity and lingering minerals.
