Delicious limited production white wine from #Ribeiro the best wine I’ve ever had from Ribeiro. It’s amazing the lees work on this wine it seems like it was fermented in oak and it’s just skilled winemaking that gives it an amazing structure and creaminess. — 5 years ago

A Galician blend made of evocative names such as Trincadeira, Godello and Loureira among others. Varietal moderately-racy notes of lemon, herbal in a way of thyme, sleek minerality. Clearly the subject of some serious malo that adds a pleasant, dense texture. Had this half bottle while wondering aimlessly around Vigo's Mercado de Piedra while looking for chipirones. A lot of wineries in #winesfromspain and also in France are waving the flag about their Atlantic influence and what they're trying to transmit is that they are "fresher" wines with med+ to pronounced acidity and a more herbal or balsamic character. I'm normally not a fan of the #comandog wines from the area of Madrid, but in the case of this wine from #ribeiro the whole #cluster ferments and their approach to winemaking works quite well — 10 years ago
