Dry on the palate with medium acidity.
Showing black fruits with oak, licorice, spices, chocolates, vanilla, coffee, peppercorn, earth, vegetables and herbs.
Medium finish with medium tannins and tangy raspberries.
This 7 year old from the great 2016 vintage is still young and needs a few years in the bottle to mature properly. showing a soft mouthfeel with nice complexity.
Needed 3 hours in the decanter to open up.

100% Merlot. Dark wine red. Pretty complex aroma. Blackberry and a hint of spice. Actually liked this Bordeaux a lot. Evem liked the label of a classic bicycle with a man going in a date (?). They didn't have pedals on bicycles at the time.

Nice color. Smells like cherries and a bit of earth and the tiniest hint of mild flowers. Smooth, decent, tastes like it smells, but a nicer mouthfeel than I expected. I’d buy again if it were cheaper - but for $11, probably not.
