Domaine Sainte Claire Chablis Chardonnay

Pale lemon color with aromas of citrus, stone fruits and herb notes. On the palate flavors of apple, peach and lemon citrus with notes of honey and spice. Medium+ finish, vivid acidity, nice balance ending with lemon citrus and mineral character. Good now!

A little more American-chardonnay-ish than I expected — on the savoury side. 89.

Vinified and strained through stone. Not light though. Some lemon- apple, with a bit of bitterness at the finish.

Medium straw color.
Aromas of lemon, butter, brioche.
Dry. Flavors of lemon, buttery, pear, saline minerality.

Nice relatively classic Chablis. Purchased on sale and would do so again - good value for the price.

Crisp and stony

By the glass. At least three different bottles. Classic flintiness to sourish. Liked the first taste.
