Domaine Sainte Claire Chablis Chardonnay

Bright, acidic, honeysuckle, lemon curd, thin mouth feel and a short finish.

Rounder than most Chablis, & while not soul shifting, perfectly pitched for an end of day heat wave, paired with roast chicken.

Another glass, this time on NH111 ORD to HND.

Just a glass at Yakitori Abe in Kamiosaki.

Very little nose or taste. Meh. Slight crisp pear in the news balance acidity and fruit in the mouth but just not enough there there.

Lemon oil, lime and slate.
