Not the best stemware, but it will have to do. Light yellow, pinpoint bubbles. Yeasty, toasty, almost sulfury on nose, maybe lemongrass, wet wood. Similar flavors in mouth, lemongrass, toast. Worth drinking every day

Great for breakfast or brunch!

Bright, lemongrass, fall leaves. Started pretty lean, but became developed some richness over an hour or so.

Very pleasant on its own. Grilled pear and toasted hazelnuts. Clean full mouthfeel making you want another glass! WF

Fun stuff..
