Immediately showing its 14.1% abv. Strawberry jam with lots of vanilla and clove. This is a tasty wine that I’ve always enjoyed and it was a no brainer grab at $23.99. Certainly a bit hot. Jamminess leans into its Grenache makeup. Tasty wine but $30 might be a bit much, as if it were a stock.

Dark cherries, plums, licorice, and toasted oak. Not bad for the price.

Halloween is nearing and this wine is fitting, lol. Its a GSM blend from Columbia Valley packing mellow fruit, allspice, medium plus acid, soft tannins and a short tart finish. It’s not as bad as it looks or sounds. It all comes together on the palate in swift and savory way and aeration improve it significantly. Cheers.

Smooth and a touch sweeter than other Washington red blends at our tasting. Very pleasant and drinkable. Some black cherry notes on taste.

An enjoyable GSM blend. Raspberry flavors shine through. It has opened my mind on GSM blends.
