Celebrating the Brisbane Lions winning the AFL Grand Final in Melbourne on Saturday afternoon over the Sydney Swans. This champagne was mid yellow in colour with a fine mousse. A fruit driven palate with citrus and peach. I don’t drink a lot of Champagne but this was a real crowd pleaser. Full flavoured with 45% Chardonnay and 55% Pinot Noir.
