A very nice Pigot. — 25 days ago
Started out fruit forward, plums, blackberries. After a little more air, it mellowed, and the rich tannins and earthiness shown thru. An hour plus in a decanter is needed. Then it is more of an old world Bordeaux. Stews, lamb, short ribs. — 16 days ago

If it’s on the list and the price is right an automatic buy. Wonderful combo of stone fruit and citrus connected by zippy acidity. A wine that always does a Slow Foxtrot in my mouth. Will certainly gain complexity with time. — 25 days ago
