@Chris MacLean not sure this is exactly the same label you had with @Sarah Bignami
I did sourced it from callmewine and i am happy enough though
What fascinated me was the corrispondence with the territorial elements so common in the surrounding
I found raspberries and wild apples, licorice, elderflower and fennel seeds and these are all parfumes you meet in the area
The tannin was lean and there is a nice mineral too.
Fairly long and enjoyable
It needed time to open up
Definitely worth the money
😊🍷🙏
Thanks @Chris MacLean and @Sarah Bignami

Solid spumante — 2 years ago
Great balance of acid and fruit and bready flavors. Perfect lunchtime wine.
Had at Armando al Pantheon in Rome. — 3 years ago
It’s still lives! So surprised that this was still kicking, with a nice acidity and smoky meatiness on the palate, with hints of marinated cherry (in like, brandy), tar, and the color of Port! The nose still notes of fruit even, with plum, smoke, spice, and Tiva says, “an old movie theatre, or magician’s room”. After a couple hours, the ripe red fruits were exploding out of the glass still, with velvet and even florals hinted on the acidic palate. The meaty, iron flavors lingerrrr. — a year ago

Smelled an abundance of fruit..not a fruit bomb but alcohol fruit — 5 years ago
One of the best Cesanese’s I’ve tried. Potential for significant aging. Complex. Had at Armando al pantheon in Roma. Obviously fantastic with Amatriciana. Located in the village of Anagni, 1 hour south of Rome. Owned by Francesco Trimani. — 5 years ago
