A winegrower that I have been following with passion for several years: Explosive bouquet of fruits and flowers, enhanced with cinnamon notes. A "natural" Beaujolais Gamay, light and crunchy in the first hours after opening. Then the wine unfolds and unfolds again. After 12 hours, the wine is round. The acidity is lively and the tannins are both tight and opulent. It is delicate and full. Wonderful on a home-made marguerita pizza (with arugula).
— 4 years ago
Smells of rocks, Meyer lemon, white flowers. You can taste the minerals, Meyer lemon, melon and hints of apricot. Really good acidity is making my mouth salivate. Refreshing. Paired well with a grilled king salmon with arugula and white been salad with lemon and pine nuts. Yum! — 5 years ago
A lovely white Pinot Noir (93٪ Pinot Noir & 7% Pinot Blanc) that is quite aromatic with beautiful aromas of honeysuckle, melon, and hints of vanilla. Melon notes continue onto the palate along with a honeycomb sweetness and slatey minerality into a surprisingly long finish. Paired great with a creamy alfredo & spicy arugula pasta. My first time having a white Pinot Noir, and I must say I've definitely been missing out! [6/14/21] — 3 years ago
Light-bodied with great acid and tartness. Green apple, lemon, and nectarine round out the flavors for a very easy to drink wine similar to an Italian Pinot Grigio. Paired it with an arugula salad with peaches and a chicken pasta dish that softened the acid and brought out the tropical fruit, honey and white floral notes. Great value for a really nice wine! — 4 years ago
Pairs perfectly with a bianche pizza. Cut through the arugula bitterness nicely while finishing with a burst of acid, — 6 years ago
Snappy acidity. Medium bodied with lemon, tangerine, loads of white pepper, and a green note I can’t quite place. Asparagus? Other tasters mentioning arugula. Mineral, even a bit salty. Excellent. — 3 years ago
Ruby in color with medium intensity and a wide reddish rim.
Fruity nose of raspberries, strawberries, sweet cherries, light oak, chocolates and light spices.
Medium bodied with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate with cherries, raspberries, light wood, earth, bitter herbs, light vegetables, spices, tobacco leaf, dark coffee and black pepper.
Nice spicy finish with fine grained tannins and tangy raspberries.
This is an enjoyable Pinot Noir from Sonoma Coast.
Easy drinking and good for parties. Showing mild complexity with a nice smooth mouthfeel.
Spicy and entertaining. A good porch wine, too. Would be interesting to try it again in 3 years.
Shows light barnyard on the nose, that gets lighter after an hour of airtime. After 2 hours of airtime, it drinks more like a Beaujolais. Interesting stuff.
Good by itself or with food. Paired wonderfully with a fresh brick oven pizza with prosciutto, parmesan and arugula.
Aged in French oak barrels.
14.5% alcohol by volume.
89 points.

Take us to Corsica!!
We’re prepping for an upcoming class with this beauty, which comes from the southern tip of Corsica (the most southerly wine region of France 🇫🇷 ); an appellation called Corse Figari AOC.
The vineyards are farmed biodynamically (certified since 2006) and are situated on a plateau at the base of the Omu di Cagna mountain ⛰️, not far from dramatic Bonifacio cliffs rising up from the azure blue waters of the Mediterranean.
It’s made with Vermentinu (aka Rolle or Vermentino) by Clos Canarelli, devoted to producing high quality terroir-driven wines made with indigenous varieties.
This wine offers a bouquet of lemon and orange peel, white peach, crisp green apple, just-ripe pineapple, honeydew, citrus blossom, elderflower, crushed stone, arugula, and custard.
It is both vibrant and rich with a creamy mouthfeel and layered complexity. It’s absolutely delicious and we cannot wait to share it next month. — a year ago
