Clean, precise Vin Jaune (100% Savagnin wine, aged under a veil of flor for 6 years and 3 months), from a plot in the village of Menétru-Le-Vignoble, on clay soils. Farmed biodynamically, like all other plots. Pale yellow. Complex nose, reminiscent of a Fino, with aromas of yeast and some subtle spicy notes. Elegant, saline, easy to drink — 5 years ago
next level texture, delightful acidity, tight bubbles, razor sharp

Tart red berries with a mineraly finish — 2 years ago
100% Savagnin made in ouillé style (topped up, non oxidized). In fact, this is Tissot’s only Savagnin ouillé, as most of their Savagnin grapes go towards the production of Vin Jaune (aged under flor, without topping-up). Complex, mineral, very tasty. Long, saline finish — 4 years ago
Great jura blend. Trousseau/pinot/poulsard. Cherry, light, mild funk drinkability. Delicious. Great accompaniment to meal at Frankies 457 — 5 years ago

Boldly and marvelously fragrant, with ripe cherry, blackberries, almond paste, cinnamon stick, and hints of cloves, spicy mint, and warm tires on the nose. Dark cherry, juicy plum, raspberry on the palate with notes of milk chocolate giving way to sharp scratchy mint-tea tannins and a hint of bacon fat emerging with black peppercorns on a long finish. Very well done and interesting. Excellent value — 6 years ago
Understated as far as Tissot cuvées. Still lots of colors on the flavor wheel. 🛞 - Deans house — 6 months ago
Also very mineral, but rounder than Les Bruyeres — 3 years ago
Surprisingly precotious, with aromas of hazelnuts and drying fruit. A sense of oak with a little hint of vanilla, perhaps telling of a bit of new oak in the mix. Quite big bodied, high acidity and a smooth texture. Two years on the lees, long finish. — 5 years ago
Complex b vitamin and orchard fruit notes, intensely floral and delicious. — 5 years ago
Fun light funk. Minerals. So delicious — 5 years ago
Winton Sweum
Medium to deep yellow; inviting nose of lemon, subtle nuttiness and flinty mineral; fresh, grippy and acidic palate is well supported with stone fruit, lemony citrus, and stoney minerality. Delicious and a special expression of chardonnay. — 11 days ago
