Under €10 for a glass at lunch in Florence. Delightful! At Osteria Cinghiale Bianco, Firenze. — 4 years ago
What a lovely wine! The nose is a bit deceiving of what is coming upon the first sip and it just keeps getting better! Extremely smooth and the full flavors seem to be delayed and then just swell at the back of the throat and on the tongue. This is Tuscan wine that is truly “super Tucsan”! No wonder it has a solid 93 points across the board! — 16 days ago

Blackberries, plum, and subtle spice and oak notes. Smooth and round with short to medium finish. Very enjoyable. — 5 years ago

Not quite as much of the pure cherry of Tuscan Sangiovese, but you can taste it. Would I have known it was Sangiovese blind? Maybe. Little more bulk and backbone, less soft than a Chianti Classico. Very nice, though. I’d get it again — 2 days ago
