It’s a champagne nothing very special but still great — 4 months ago
Pale lemon in colour. From Campania arguably the home of Fiano not forgetting it is also grown in Sicily. Restrained aromas of pear, honeysuckle and apple. Those descriptors coming through on the medium bodied palate finishing dry with stacks of salinity. Refreshing and moreish. — 5 months ago

Opened at least an hour prior to service. The 2016 Furore Bianco “Fiorduva” pours a deep straw color with medium viscosity. On the nose, the wine is developing with beautiful notes of yellow and white flowers, quince, kumquat, and saline minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is long. This wine is simply awesome. I’d love more of this in my life. Drink now. — 4 months ago

Pungent, interesting wine. Crushed flowers, overly ripe plum, sour cherries, ripe raspberries, maybe bark. Astringent. Serious wine. Open this way in advance. — 8 days ago
