Lots of complex aromatics that became even more expressive as the bottle warmed up. Some oxidative notes mixed with bread and flowers. In the mouth this leans to the vinous side. Acid driven which allows it to be consumed through out the meal. Just a hint of bitterness on the finish — 2 years ago

Delicious. Crisp and not buttery. Pinot noir based - blanc de noir. Aged 4 years on lees. No sugar added to make it bone dry! Lots of chalk in soil. — 7 months ago
