Intense, vicious, great acidity, powerful. — 8 months ago
Forgot this wine, no indication of vintage except on the cork! A flashy earthy dark fruited presentation straight out of some wilderness, firm almost woodsy palate and good finish. Not at all what I would have thought of as Gamay. Looked like it didn’t present well several years ago. Age difference? — 7 months ago
Sourdough, yeast, fresh strawberries and lemon zest. — 3 years ago
Lots of complex aromatics that became even more expressive as the bottle warmed up. Some oxidative notes mixed with bread and flowers. In the mouth this leans to the vinous side. Acid driven which allows it to be consumed through out the meal. Just a hint of bitterness on the finish — 2 years ago

Delicious. Crisp and not buttery. Pinot noir based - blanc de noir. Aged 4 years on lees. No sugar added to make it bone dry! Lots of chalk in soil. — a month ago
