Medium bodied, a little pepper nose with some floral hints. Aeration and or allow the wine to open for a bit before enjoying. Went very nicely with meaty mushroom bolognese pasta. — 10 months ago
Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of 90 minutes. The 2022 pours, a bright magenta color with a transparent core; medium viscosity with no staining of the tears. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of fresh strawberry, watermelon, kiwi, gravelly earth. On the palate, the wine is dry with low tannins and medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium. This is a deliciously quaffable Rosado and yet has enough complexity and “je ne sais quoi” to grab one’s attention. Drink now and over the next handful of years. Uncle Raúl is a master. — 4 months ago
Raul Perez is a bit of a wine rock star, so I admittedly came to this 17$ entry level new project of his (with the Prieto varietal) with baited breath…& it did not disappoint. It drinks like…surprise.. a baby Morgon, with clean red cherries set in a fairly mineral frame. Quite lush on the nose. Not for acid hounds per se but still so vital & fresh. — 2 years ago
Spannish full complex body and nice after taste with purple grapeshine. — 3 years ago
2022 vintage. High acid, salty sea mist, herbal. My kinda wine — 8 months ago
Good for lots of spices and herbs — spicy and mineral. Like a Rhône but a little funkier. Really slaps with the right food pairing (roasted chicken and grapes with lots of rosemary and garlic). — 2 years ago

Very good, didn’t know what to expect but great body, smooth with power that’s no overkill. Perfect with spicy pizza while watching Champions League football! — 2 months ago
