Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of an hour. The 2023 Sketch pours a bright, pale straw color with medium viscosity. On the nose, the wine is youthful with beautiful notes of white and yellow flowers, lemon, passion fruit, orange zest, ocean spray, and wet stone. On the palate, the wine is dry with high acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is long and saline. This was divine with raw oysters and yellowtail crudo. Drink now through 2038. — a month ago

Black fruit galore with wet earth, rocky minerality, fresh saltiness & spice. Enticing.
Medium bodied on the palate, with impeccable balance and beautiful depth. Purity of fruit, paired with finely grained & polished tannins and amazing freshness. Great drinkability, nice depth, brilliant character.

Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of 90 minutes. The 2022 pours, a bright magenta color with a transparent core; medium viscosity with no staining of the tears. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of fresh strawberry, watermelon, kiwi, gravelly earth. On the palate, the wine is dry with low tannins and medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium. This is a deliciously quaffable Rosado and yet has enough complexity and “je ne sais quoi” to grab one’s attention.
