Similar to prior notes:
Nose has Maraschino cherry juice, mashed strawberry/banana and red delicious apple peel.
Palate has sweet strawberry, banana peel, ripe red currant and light green herb notes.
The wine is 100% DeChaunac, a more common varietal for colder climates, like Ontario; fruit is sourced locally (FLX region) from Sheldrake Point. — 3 years ago
One of the best Riesling I’ve ever had — 7 days ago
A supple fragrance of leaf fronds and slight tropical fruits like pineapples, lychee, and mangoes. Finally some underlying pine aromas.

This is a wine of distinction, noses full of flavour whilst delivering a crisp but smooth rounded velvet experience on the palate. From Napa It sets a high boundary for USA wines to follow. — 4 years ago

2021. Probably their best vintage of CF. Light body at first but once it opens it has lively fruit with no annoying green. Very complex and intriguing. — 18 days ago
