Bright ruby color. 100% Barbera. Aromas of plums, forest floor, and spices. Pallet is full of blackberry, black licorice and tobacco. Ripe, juicy and round. Pretty well balanced. Pairs well with foods that include tomato sauce. — 2 years ago
60% Nebbiolo, 30% barbera, 5% uva rara, 5% Vespolina. Light, low in alcohol, fresh and fruity. Really a joy to quaf. Would be great summer red. Having it with two Berkshire pork chops braised in wine and Marsala. — 2 years ago
