Very nicely done Bru. Balanced and subtle. Layered palate of oak and wonderful aroma of dried flowers. Just starting to develop the maturity I think it needs to really explode with flavor. — 11 days ago
Surprisingly sturdy & closed. Needs at least 6h to open.
Bright cherry, some leather, a bit of dried tomato.
On the palate this is savoury, dry, a touch rustic with pronounced tannins and bright, juicy acidity. A hint of tobacco leaf & roast on the finish.
Needs a lot of time to open but paired with beef this just sings. A delight worth aging. — 4 months ago
