The palate shows a darker, earthier profile than the fragrant bouquet suggests, yet the fruit remains intense and lively. Tannins are supple but persistent, lending a juicy, grippy texture that lingers.

Off the cork, I loved. There’s some earth in there, which I loved, but as this opened up, it got a little more floral and a little more sweet… so I pulled back my rating a touch.

Strong fruit upfront with a little spicy clove and firm tannins. Then a floral nose and sweet finish.
