Wish they had more, $25.00 K&L's barrel tasting notes - 100% merlot and 100% new oak. Small property next to Grand Mayne. Only 500 cases produced. Great concentration and very well-balanced wine. Sweet and lush.

Vines are about 20 years old, rooted in decomposed granite and clay soil. Fermented and aged in oak barrels for 11 months.
