On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of cassis, black plum, capsicum, tobacco, horse blanket, gravelly earth, and a mix of cool and warm spices. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ tannin and medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium+ and elegant. Drink now through 2055. — a day ago

This is actually a red wine, 100% pinot from declassed villages wines due to yelds higher than allowed. Great bottle. Fruit, tannins and balance. We liked it a great deal. Price is unfriendly so not something we’ll do often. — 7 months ago

50% Grenache Blanc, 25% Viognier, 25% Vermentino

Nice fresh fruit, dry, Peach, pear, floral, wax, stones.

Not the biggest, baddest, longest aging wine ever, but... a very well made Languedoc Blanc to be enjoyed now, under $15.

Guessing 11-12.5% ABV (label range 11-14), went nicely with an omelette dinner.
