Popped and poured; no formal notes. Persistent mousse, bright raspberries, some lemon citrus, meringue, brioche. Good acid. Long finish. A fantastic accompaniment to my second attempt at Nashville Hot Chicken. Disgorged June 2022. — 3 years ago
Lots of bright green and yellow fruit. Really primary and doughy. Needs time- and I’d say this should have been released years later. Day three it is showing nice confectionary and candied notes, but still very nascent. — 4 years ago
