Dark ruby in color with a reddish rim.
Fruity nose and medium plus in body with medium acidity.
Dry and fruit forward on the palate with nice complexity.

Long finish with soft tannins and cherries.
This 10 year old Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley is drinking beautifully now. Rich, elegant and fruit forward.
Drinking at its peak now. Nicely balanced and smooth, with a soft mouthfeel.
Delicious right out of the bottle, and even better after 30 minutes of airtime. I did not decant it, but let it open up in the bottle. Really enjoyed the nose after an hour of airtime.
Easy drinking, and good by itself as a sipping wine, or with a nice piece of steak.
A blend of 87% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Petit Verdot, 5% Merlot and 1% Cabernet Franc.
14.7% alcohol by volume.
92 points.

Non vintage, laid in chalk Cellars in 2015 and disgorged in 2020. Incredible wine. — 2 months ago
Opaque garnet/purple.
Nose of black currant, sour black cherry, dry rose petals, forest floor.
Perfectly balanced acid for age worthiness. Gritty to velvety tannins. Opened too soon. Enjoyed over the course of a week:) decades of aging potential. — a month ago

Violets, violets and more violets aromatically, after sitting in the decanter for 15 minutes, this wine decided to show its still youthful tannin, likely to inform me that it was still way too young to drink, long finish, but ideally needs more cellaring, one of my favorite Bordeaux ever, I have some more bottles so will wait on those, amazing!! — 3 days ago
