Especially sitting next to the Raspberry patch and eating my best burgers ever and broccoli harvested moments before cooking. TBD - s’mores are next on the agenda. Blend of 95% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Petit Verdot, deep Ruby color with aromas of dark berry fruits, oak and sweet spice. On the palate flavors of blackberry, cherry and currants with tobacco and herb woody spice. Fine chalky tannins, long finish ending with fruit, oak, spice and herb mineral character. Medium deep ruby , garnet rim . Quite aromatic with spicy herbal cassis , tobacco , grafite and warm earth . Quite round on the palate with herbal cassis , blackcurrant and a touch of spice . Ok acidity and rounded tannin, not bad length. This is drinking well now and will continue over the next 5-10 years — 4 months ago
