Pop and pour. Cork broke. Huge wine with loads of caramelized blood orange, but medicinal herbs on top. On the palate: caramel coated red fruit, licorice, anise, and soft heat. In an excellent place, but this btl could as easily be dead as stellar in 10 years imo. — 11 days ago
